Passing of VP-4 Vet LCDR Richard S. Kure USNR (Ret) VP-4 1952 – 1954

My name is Peter Kure and I am the son of Lieutenant Commander Richard Kure who I believe was in VP4 Squadron.  I was going through his email and I came across this message.
I am sad to report my father himself passed away back on April 30.  He had a renal failure for the last several years and broke a hip in February.  He never quite recovered from that.
In any event, if I can ask you to let the rest of the VP4 group know of his passing I’d appreciate it!  Thanks in advance!
Sincerely,
Peter Kure
