Friday, October 30th (4:30pm-10:30pm) $55.00 per person
Plus optional $20.00 per person round trip bus transportation – DON’T DRINK & DRIVE!

     Built in 1910, once a large open-air barn for housing prize cattle, is now the world’s largest honky-tonk!  Nearly 3 acres large, the building once contained over 1200 animal stalls, 1200 seat auction ring, during WWII the building was used as an airplane factory.  Today, Billy Bobs is made up of a 4,800 square foot rodeo area, 600 feet of bar rails, and a 1,650 square foot stage for some of the countries best country & western entertainers. Watch the live music performance, enjoy the rodeo, get a free line dance lesson, and do some “boot scootin”.  You will have special private area in which you will enjoy a Texas feast buffet style entrees will be sliced brisket; grilled chicken breast; smoked catfish.  Don’t miss out; Yee-haw!

Saturday, October 31st (8:00am Shotgun Start) $75.00 per person
Golf Outing/Tourney

    We have a golf outing/tourney planned for Saturday morning at Bear Creek Golf Club. We plan on having a shotgun start at 8:00am. Transportation will be a car pool arrangement. Prizes will be awarded based on a modified Callaway scoring system. The course is near the hotel. You may view info about the course at: www.bearcreek-golf.com

EVENT B: DALLAS CITY TOUR

Saturday, October 31st (9:00am-2:00pm) $50.00 per person

      By the mid 1870’s, Dallas had become a thriving business town and market center with a cosmopolitan feel. Dallas ranks third in the nation in terms of “million dollar” companies. Hear all about this great city - home to the State Fair of Texas, the Dallas Cowboys, Stars and Mavericks.  You will stop to experience the Sixth Floor Museum, located in the Texas School Book Depository, tragically known for the day in history that President John F. Kennedy lost his life. The museum is self guided, there will be plenty of time to visit the exhibits that interest you the most.  Lunch will be on your own at a suitable location. tour guides.

 EVENT C: FORT WORTH CITY TOUR

Saturday, October 31st (9:00am-2:00pm) $35.00 per person

      Fort Worth grew from a military camp established June 6, 1849 at the close of the Mexican War. After the Civil War, Fort Worth became a major shipping and supply depot for cattlemen. Today, Fort Worth is one of Texas’ major cities with a wide range of industries. This tour will give you a great overview of the Texas Cowboy way of life including a unique Longhorn Cattle drive down Main Street! The Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District has the feel of the Old West recaptured by merchants along Exchange Avenue. Great western shops and attractions await. Sit in a saddle while you enjoy a brew at one of the oldest hotel bars in the state and enjoy a BBQ lunch. This is one tour you will not want to miss. Wear your walking shoes or cowboy boots. Lunch is not included in tour price.

 BANQUET DINNER

                             Saturday, October 31st (7:00pm at Hotel) $65.00 per person

Cocktails will be available from the cash bar at 6:00pm.

     Join all of your friends for your Banquet Dinner at the Hotel. Dinner will be served at 7:00pm. 

 Please make your entrée selection on the reservation form.

 

OPTIONAL “Tour & Banquet Cancellation Insurance” available for $10.00 per person.
