Rate: $126 + tax (currently 13.25%). Rate includes breakfast buffet for two people daily. Room rate will be offered three days before and three days after reunion dates, based on space and availability.
Cut off Date: 07/25/17 Late reservations will be processed based on space availability at a higher rate.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled by 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival. If a guest does not check-in or has not canceled their reservation by 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival, 1 night’s room & tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first-night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card.
Parking & Shuttle Information
Complimentary shuttle service departs every 30 minutes from 5:00am-12:15 am to and from Washington-Reagan National Airport. Go to the Ground Transportation area of the airport to catch the shuttle. SuperShuttle offers transportation from Dulles International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Airport. Complimentary shuttle service is also available to the Pentagon City Metro Station 5:00am-12:15 am.
